Most of our covers are made to order. This allows us to offer free customization of your order; you can change colors and fabrics as well as offer free custom embroidery to your order. Orders ship within 2 weeks of order and are always shipped priority mail. If you need your item sooner, please contact us to see if we can rush your order. Furthermore, if an item has been discontinued we will provide other possible solutions or provide a full refund if necessary.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but please note, items custom embroidered or made custom are not returnable. Please see return tab for more details.
